WANTED FOR FUNDRAISING........Unwanted china for our Crazy Kitchen stall at Shoebury Fair. Any unwanted items (preferably in good condition) that we can sell at Boot Sales. Tesco & Sainsbury have started giving out their vouchers for kids again. We are collecting these once again for games equipment so if you get any or you know anyone who shops at Tesco or Sainsbury please see if we can get their vouchers. There will be collecting boxes in the church hall or alternatively give them to your section leader. Thank everyone :)

14th November 2010- Rememberance SundayFirstly, I would like that thank everyone that went to the Rememberance Service this morning! You behaved wonderfully and were a credit to the group!1st Shoebury Beavers, Cubs and Scouts paraded with the other Scout Groups, Army Cadets and Brownies among others to the Cenotaph. Here they sung the hymns and listened to sermons quietly and participated in the 2 minutes silence. Even in the rain! Continue reading...

29th-31st October 2010This week end 1st Shoebury Scout Group participated in the Belchamps Sppoky Activity Day, and held their annual Halloween Camp.The Scouts and Cubs came over on the Friday, where they carved pumpkins, played Charades and had a supper of hotdogs and soup before turning in, ready for a fun-filled saturday!!Saturday started bright and early, with a scrumptious breakfast and a great sloshing in the muddy fields all around!
