Welcome to the 1st Shoeburyness Scout Group website!

1st Shoeburyness Scout Group is a scout group made up of three sections, Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts, and Scouts. We are located in Shoeburyness and offer a wide range of activities for young people to participate in!

Family Camp

Family Camp 2012 was a great success, thank you to the wonderful leaders for all the hard work put in.

Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side for most of the weekend, but we did get some blinding sunshine on Saturday for the 'It's a Knockout!' were everyone got soaking wet and cover in bubbles and shaving foam! Well done to the red team for their win on this event.

The walk through the wood was enjoyed by everyone on Sunday and of course roasting marshmallows on the campfire at night. But it was safe to say that the weekend was enjoyed by all that attended, and we all look forward to next year!!
